At 10 o'clock this morning, I officially finished my first year of Optometry school. Let me tell you, it is the best feeling EVER! It is hard to put into words exactly how I feel right now - all I know is that it just feels good. Marks come out on Sunday, so hopefully I will still feel as good then. :) I will write more later - reflections on the second semester, and the entire year. But for now, I am just going to enjoy myself!
Here's a picture of my class on our very first day. This day seemed like a LONG ways away at that time, yet here we are already. We've learned a lot since then, and have gotten to know each other so well - hard to believe that that was just 8 months ago!

Way to Go Jilly! I am so proud of you for how far you've already come! So much work seemed so impossible at times....and now one entire year has already gone by. Incredible.
Have a GREAT time today....kick your heels up....let your hair down....do whatever you need to do to just relax. (That means NO STUDYING ALLOWED!)
