I've been absent from here for awhile. My head and heart have been in a funny place lately, and I don't really know what to say or share ... or if any of it will make any sense to anyone else. But soon, I will try and share at least some of it.

Life is changing though ... it's been pretty crazy the past month or so. I'm definitely entering a new season of life, with many new things happening. I'm too tired to even start getting into it tonight, but I will definitely share about all of it soon.

I just spent a great weekend down in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. I had a great road trip down there with Andrea and Ashley, and had a good time at the LST/FriendSpeak training weekend. The absolute best part of the weekend though was seeing Estonia friends! Asja came from Abilene to spend the weekend with us, and we had so much fun with her! We were all just so happy to be with her again, and I think that she was happy to be with people who are kind of like 'home' to her. I was also super stoked to get to see Adam, who is from Texas, but I met him in Estonia in 2005, and hung out there with him again this year. He's pretty great ... and he managed to find us tickets to go to the Dallas Cowboys Monday night football game against the Carolina Panthers. It was awesome! So, it was definitely a great weekend ... so good to be with Estonia friends, lots of good memories made, and a good last 'hurrah' of fun before I hit the real world!

Here's a few of my favourite pictures from the weekend. I don't have any from the football game yet, but once I do, I'll get those up here too.

Happy to FINALLY be in Texas

Happy to be with Asja again!

Picking out our 'ruby red' slippers, so that we can click our heels, and be taken back to Estonia :)

Spending the weekend with Asja was a blast! It was so neat to be with her in the States, and to all reminisce about Estonia together! We were all so happy to be together!

Saying goodbye to Asja on Sunday morning, before heading to Austin for the day
