Taking a bit of a walk down memory lane here. What else is new, I guess?! I love looking at old pictures! Came across these pictures, and wanted to share them ... mostly just because it's cool.
Five years ago, I got to be an instructor at a Chevrolet Safe and Fun hockey camp in Regina. It would have been a great experience anyways, but what made it the BEST was that I was an instructor alongside #4 Bobby Orr. Once in a lifetime, for sure!
In the picture below, Bobby had just had me demonstrate a drill for the kids, and came out to meet me as I skated back down the ice to give me this high five! So fun! I love it (aside from my eyes being closed!) because I just look so happy! And why shouldn't I be?! Bobby Orr's giving me a high five!

That is sooo great!!! Bobby Orr! The best defenceman (player) to ever have played the game of hockey high 5ing my daughter on the ice. Jill I would have done anything to have taken your place on the ice. Bobby Orr has always been my favorite hockey player. As a kid and even up to March 2010 when I played my last hockey game this year I have tried to emulate Bobby Orrs' moves on the ice.
Sweet memories with Bobby! How sweet is that?!
48 hours!
