I just have to say this: I LOVE VANCOUVER.
Seriously.
I love the feel of the city. The culture. The beauty.
And every time I go there, I have so much fun. Especially when going there means meeting up with someone as fantastic as Elise!
It was soooo good to see Elise again! Alicia and I had a fantastic day on Saturday with Elise, her sister-in-law, Mallory, and her mother-in-law, Debbie. We walked downtown Vancouver, went to Granville Island, drank some Starbucks, checked out Gastown, and ate the most delicious sushi ever in Kitsilano! Definitely a good day!
Now I just need to plan my visit to see Elise in Powell River sometime in the summer! :)




On Sunday, Alicia and I went to Ikea (FUN!), and stopped in Fort Langley on the way home!

Now, we're over halfway through this week, and gearing up for another weekend away. We're heading out to SunPeaks this weekend - for skiing and fun on Saturday, and learning on Sunday (well for me anyways!). Should be another good, and exhausting weekend!

But first, we have some sweet little African kids staying at our house for a night! Tomorrow night the Watoto Children's Choir is performing at the church - and we get to host two of them in our house for the night. I can't wait! Makes me think of these three sweet guys that stayed with us nearly three years ago! :)
