I spend a lot of time (probably more than I should) reading blogs. Some of people I know ... but more of people that I don't. I love stumbling upon a great new blog with interesting, and thought-provoking posts. One of those great finds for me has been Anne Jackson's blog, Flowerdust. I love reading her blog because she cares and writes about so many of the things that are important to me as well. Recently, she returned from a trip to Moldova with Children's Hope Chest, looking further into the sex trafficking that occurs there. She wrote an incredible post called 'The Sex Cafe' about her experiences on one day of the trip. Everyone should read it. I knew, in the back of my mind, that things like this happen. But to hear it described, in such a seemingly ordinary day-to-day experience was eye-opening. And it made me so, so sad. I pray that I may be more aware.

I also came across the documentary, Return to El Salvador, recently. As I spent nearly two months in El Salvador in 2008, I am very interested in seeing this documentary, and learning more about its history.
